BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS:

The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form. The contract will be governed by the booking conditions. Any variation to your booking requirements must be made in writing.

CHANGES IN PRICES OR ITINERARY:

Prices are based on tariffs and airfares current as at 1 August 2009*. If we are forced to change your booking or any part of it for reasons beyond our control, (for instance if an airline changes its timetable), we will give you notice thereof, including any change in price. In the event that any change to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has become materially different from the original, you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or withdraw from the tour. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking because of events outside our control we will, if able, offer alternative arrangements. If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund any monies still held by us.

AIRFARES*:

Thailand Golf Tours is not a travel agent. Travel associated with Thailand Golf Tours are made with our travel partner – Gitani Travel Licence number 2TA4249 Contact Selcuk Lok on phone 02 9758 1188.

TOUR COSTS:

The tour costing is per person based on sharing twin/double room. The tour cost is in Australian dollars and could fluctuate if unforeseen exchange rates occur.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:

A deposit of $1500 per person must accompany this booking application. A final payment is due 12 weeks prior to your tour departing unless other arrangements have been made.

PAYMENT TYPES:

Cheque payments should be made payable to Thailand Golf Tours. We accept Mastercard and Visa Card payments. Note: payment by these credit cards will attract a credit card surcharge equal to 2% of the payment amount.

CANCELLATION:

Once a deposit has been received, there will be a $100 fee p/p for any cancellation. Within 42 days of departure, full refund less a $150 p/p administration fee, plus any hotel, airline or other outside penalties. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure, Thailand Golf Tours reserves the right to impose a 50% penalty of all moneys received to that date. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason please contact us soon as possible to keep cancellation charges to a minimum. All cancellations must be in writing to the tour operator. No refunds will be issued for any services not utilised on tour.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Thailand Golf Tours accepts no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this tour. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our control. Thailand Golf Tours has made every endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at time of printing but cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you take out a comprehensive Insurance Policy of your choice. It is a condition of our tours that you are adequately covered by the final payment deadline.
