The organiser reserves the right to accept, or refuse, any reservation or booking at their sole discretion and are not and will not disseminate their reasons for their decisions. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or substitute any part of the tour providing they are acting in good faith as circumstances and conditions can change unexpectedly.

"Thailand Golf Tours" is not a Licensed Travel Agent and does not sell tickets for travel or arrange rights of passage.
"Thailand Golf Tours" uses Licensed Travel Agents for all ticketing required by law.
All our tours are priced not including Departure Taxes. These are set out by the Airlines and vary depending on your departure date and your departure city, not "Thailand Golf Tours".
Travel Surcharges may be implemented by "Thailand Golf Tours" due to Currency changes. Please check your tour package price on booking.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition that you have Travel Insurance to participate on our tour. We suggest all participants use the policy offered by Tour Safe. It offers a wide range of protection. Please print and fill out the form by following the link below and return it with your registration form. This policy premium will be added to your tour package with the departure taxes from your capital city.
